If everyone practised Yoga
the world would be a better place

Namaste, I'm Jenna your Yoga lady. Yoga is awesome, it's my heart and soul. In 2019 I travelled to Rishikesh, India with the intent to do a tiny bit of yoga teacher training but after a week I was hooked and stayed for the whole 4 weeks. Since then I have continued to up skill myself including completing another 200 YTT with my local yoga mentor. With a 200 E-RYT certification and training in Ashtanga, Yin, and Classical Hatha yoga styles, I'm on a mission to change the world, one yoga student at a time. I've also become interested in sound healing and hold a certification because I believe in the power of vibrations to heal and transform. Education is vital to my journey. I graduated in 2018 with a BA in Psychology from Otago University, and I love exploring the connections between the mind, body, and soul. My journey in the health & fitness industry started at the age of 17 at Les Mills Dunedin working in various roles, and in 2010, I became a Les Mills group fitness instructor. I'm based in #SunnyDunedin, New Zealand, where the beautiful landscapes and medium hustle perfectly complement the mindfulness and balance I aim to share. Join me on this amazing journey toward inner peace, strength, and transformation. Whether you're seeking yoga guidance or just want to dabble in yoga and sound I'm here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.

Starting yoga for the first time this year at 57, what was I mad!?

I saw a pamphlet, "Men’s yoga start up group" I thought I wouldn’t be the only useless one there so I went. And I am still going months later. It’s my time, my body, my inner peace, my reward and I love it. My body feels fit strong balanced and re-energised. Jenna guides us with confidence, says it will get there at your body's pace, classes often have laugh out loud moments which are priceless. Overall, it’s one of my favourite things to look forward to.

Yoga is not about touching your toes.
It is what you learn on the way down.
